What materials are T-shirts made of?

For your comfort, our T-shirts are made with fluid materials and comfortable to wear. Jersey or cotton for softness and perfect finishes for a good hold of your clothes over time and washes.

Instructions for washing, drying and ironing.

Wash your T-shirt upside down in cold water. Be without fear your t-shirt is pre-shrunk.

To increase the life of the T-shirt, be sure to iron it upside down.

I have the freedom to choose!

You can even choose to have no, one or two pockets. It’s cool, no!

Why does my tracking code not work?

Following receipt of the confirmation email, there may be up to 24 hours before the tracking code is activated by Canada Post.

If after 24 hours your tracking code still does not work contact us at info@fullpoche.com and we will handle the problem for you at Canada Post.

We accept payment via Paypal and credit card.

What if I forgot to enter my promo code?

Can I receive my T-shirt if I live abroad?

Yes with pleasure! Simply contact us via info@fullpoche.com to know the cost for the shipping costs.


How do exchanges work?

Contact our customer service department at info@fullpoche.com within 14 days of purchase. You must validate your exchange by our customer service before sending it to us by mail in C.O.D.

Send the T-shirt to be exchanged at the following address: 1210, Domaine-de-la-Colonie Road, St-Roch-de-Mékinac (Quebec) Canada G0X 2E0.

Please specify the desired change (eg size, color, etc.). Please specify your order number.

Upon receipt, we will send you your new t-shirt.

What if there is a fault on my T-shirt?

Send a photo of your T-shirt on which the defect will be prominently displayed at the following address: info@fullpoche.com

Do not forget to specify the order and / or invoice number in your message.

Can I have custom pockets?

Yes, we can add your logo to personalize your pockets.
